It is everything we see, feel and interact with, the air we breathe, the water we drink and use both industrially and domestically, the land we use for farming, erection of both residential and industrial infrastructures, the vegetation that gives us food, and all other living things. We must maintain the sustaining power of our environment by understanding it and practicing adequate environmental management. Maintaining a clean environment is important for a number of reasons; it promotes the growth of the natural ecosystem. This includes all forms of life.
